IS THE PRECAST POOL DURABLE?

Yes! Precast concrete pools are extremely durable and built to last for decades. They are resistant to cracks, weather conditions, and everyday wear — just like any other concrete pool.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL A PRECAST POOL?

Prefab pool projects take about 8–10 weeks, compared to custom pools that typically take 16–20 weeks.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE DESIGN AND ADD FEATURES?

Absolutely! You can add waterfalls, lighting, steps, seating areas, and custom finishes. Our team will guide you through the design options to ensure the pool fits your vision.

DO PRECAST POOLS REQUIRE A LOT OF MAINTENANCE?

Not at all. Like any pool or spa, regular cleaning and chemical balancing are necessary. However, precast pools are often lower maintenance thanks to smooth interior surface options that suit many design styles, colors, and textures.

WHAT’S THE WARRANTY FOR YOUR PRECAST POOLS?

We offer a 10-year structural warranty from the pool manufacturer. All other work — such as landscaping, hardscaping, finishes, and equipment — comes with a standard 1- or 2-year warranty. Equipment and appliances are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the product. We’re committed to superior quality and stand behind every project we deliver.
