After we decide the design and budget for the project, we will start getting real by drawing the blueprints with our engeeners, this will be all up to code to submit to city or county for approval. 

While we wait for the permits, we start with materials selections and ordering, this takes place asap, the logistic planning gets us ahead of the game when construction starts.

Once plans are approved, we break grounds, materials have been ordered, and from there is a matter of weeks until you have your dream come true backyard and pool ready to dive in.
